Game Review
Bologna secured a solid 2-0 victory over Lecce in their Serie A clash on Sunday, 12 April 2026. The match, part of Gameweek 32, saw Bologna take control early and maintain their dominance throughout, a result that was largely anticipated given their recent form and league standing. The game began with Bologna asserting their authority, and it wasn't long before they broke the deadlock. In the 26th minute, Remo Freuler (GAP +0.3%) found the back of the net, giving Bologna a deserved lead. Lecce struggled to respond effectively, and despite some efforts to push forward, they couldn't find a way past Bologna's organized defense. As the match progressed, Bologna continued to look the more threatening side. Riccardo Orsolini (GAP -0.7%) sealed the victory with a goal in the 90th minute, ensuring the home side took all three points. Orsolini's performance was particularly noteworthy, as he consistently troubled Lecce's defense with his pace and skill. Tactically, Bologna's manager made effective use of his substitutes, bringing on Federico Bernardeschi, Tommaso Pobega, Nadir Zortea, Jonathan Rowe, and Jens Odgaard to maintain the team's momentum and secure the win. Lecce's head coach also made several changes, introducing Konan N’Dri, Antonino Gallo, Álex Sala, Walid Cheddira, and Omri Gandelman, but these adjustments were unable to alter the course of the match. In terms of player performance, Jhon Lucumí (GAP +2.5%) stood out for Bologna, providing a solid defensive presence that helped keep Lecce at bay. On the other hand, Lecce's Jamil Siebert (GAP -3.0%) had a challenging game, struggling to contain Bologna's attacking threats. This victory helps Bologna solidify their position in the upper half of the Serie A table, boosting their confidence as they look to finish the season strongly. For Lecce, the defeat is a setback as they continue to battle for points to improve their league standing. The result reflects Bologna's superior form and tactical execution, leaving Lecce with much to ponder as they prepare for their next fixture.

What is GAP?
What is Plus Minus Goals (G±)?
Plus Minus Goals (G±) is the average goal difference per game while the player was on the pitch. A value above 0 indicates that the team rather wins, a value below 0 means his team concedes more goals than they score when the player is on the pitch. As an example, if the player's team is winning 3:1 the goal difference is +2, if the player's team is loosing 0:1, the goal difference is -1. It is a pure metric which is barely adjusted for circumstances to purely show the goal difference.
What is GAP?
GAP (Game Advantage Percentage) shows the percentage gap between a player and the average league player. It answers the question: How much does a player improve or worsen a team's performance? It is based on high level game data with a focus on the impact on the goal difference (G±) from the last 50 games of a player. Besides that, GAP goes further and considers game context by involving data from the player and all other players who are at the same time on the pitch, no matter if teammates or opponents. Football GAP - the individual metric for team players.
