Game Review
In a tightly contested Serie A encounter, Lazio and Parma played out a 1-1 draw at the Stadio Olimpico. The result, while perhaps not surprising given both teams' mid-table positions, reflected a balanced game where neither side could fully capitalize on their opportunities. Parma took an early lead in the 15th minute through Enrico Del Prato (GAP -0.3%), who found the back of the net with a well-timed strike. This early goal set the tone for a match that saw both teams struggle to break down each other's defenses effectively. Lazio, however, managed to level the score late in the game when substitute Tijjani Noslin scored in the 77th minute, providing a crucial equalizer for the home side. Lazio's lineup saw several changes, with Tijjani Noslin, Manuel Lazzari, Boulaye Dia, and Matteo Cancellieri coming off the bench to make an impact. The home side's manager opted for these substitutions to inject fresh energy into the team, which eventually paid off with Noslin's goal. On the other hand, Parma's head coach made five changes, bringing in Gaetano Oristanio, Nahuell Estévez, Oliver Sørensen, Christian Ordoñez, and Franco Carboni. These adjustments were likely tactical, aiming to maintain their early lead and manage the game. Key performances included Pedro (GAP +1.6%) and Nuno Tavares (GAP +2.1%) for Lazio, both of whom contributed significantly to their team's efforts. For Parma, Lautaro Valenti (GAP +0.8%) and Gabriel Espeto (GAP +1.3%) stood out, helping to keep Lazio at bay for much of the match. The draw leaves Lazio and Parma in similar positions in the Serie A standings, with both teams needing to find more consistency in their performances to climb higher. Lazio will look to build on this result in their upcoming fixtures, while Parma will aim to convert their early leads into victories to improve their league standing.

What is GAP?
What is Plus Minus Goals (G±)?
Plus Minus Goals (G±) is the average goal difference per game while the player was on the pitch. A value above 0 indicates that the team rather wins, a value below 0 means his team concedes more goals than they score when the player is on the pitch. As an example, if the player's team is winning 3:1 the goal difference is +2, if the player's team is loosing 0:1, the goal difference is -1. It is a pure metric which is barely adjusted for circumstances to purely show the goal difference.
What is GAP?
GAP (Game Advantage Percentage) shows the percentage gap between a player and the average league player. It answers the question: How much does a player improve or worsen a team's performance? It is based on high level game data with a focus on the impact on the goal difference (G±) from the last 50 games of a player. Besides that, GAP goes further and considers game context by involving data from the player and all other players who are at the same time on the pitch, no matter if teammates or opponents. Football GAP - the individual metric for team players.
